Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and may be revised based on changes in scope. Projects begin after a signed agreement and required deposit are received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a deposit to begin and remaining balances are due according to the milestones outlined in the proposal. Late payments may pause project work.
SKMH Web Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
